A morning of retreat and insight will ensue with leading women in business, non-profit, sports, and wellness with the intention to ignite, uplift, empower and mentor our All Stars Helping Kids non-profit leaders and grantees. Our morning retreat will allow a highly curated group of women to engage with passion and purpose while inspiring and being inspired by one another in one of the most grounding and nurturing settings in our very own backyard, Canyon Ranch Woodside.
Retreat with Karen Lott and Julie Brown with special guests for a welcome mix and mingle, seasonal, curated juices, and nourishing, and thoughtful breakfast light bites followed by a morning of creative expression activities, fireside chat and thought-provoking conversation.
9:50 am – Bring Your Whole Self In To Present Moment. Cultivate your wellbeing through a walk to gaze within the forest, learn ways to mindful focus, explore your own connections with nature and how to savor the cosmos through the unique redwoods together. Lead by Senior Spiritual Wellness Provider, Jeanne-Marie Mudd. Bio(25 minutes)
10:15 am – Inner Wisdom, Intentional Meditation, and Journaling. Tap into your inner resources through a gentle meditation practice guided by Hailey Lott. This practice was created to support the nourishment of self from the inside out. Inspired by her own success meditating, Hailey brings a joyful radiance to her practice. Through meditation, movement, visualization, and sound, Hailey will help you to expand your mindset to make the most of this human experience. Bio(30 Minutes)
10:45 am – Botanical Tea Making. Bring things full circle and back to center with a botanical tea ritual. You will experience the grounding power of savoring through meditative moments with each other and botanical tea making. Learn to cultivate a pause during each day in this timeless and simple way to commune with the here and the now that is sure to bring a warmth to your body, mind, heart and spirit. Lead by CRW Director of Spiritual Wellness.(30 minutes)

Our discerning line up of moderator and panelist all share an unwavering commitment to helping women leaders achieve success. They are all woman who are overcomers of diversity, chaos, pain and gender and race division at all stages of their careers, and lives. This dynamic group of All Stars leaders, and change makers, will lead our 60-minute panel discussion, followed by conversation with passion and purpose.

Leave your boardroom and business suits at the office and grab your weekend wear. The retreat is at a higher elevation, sometimes all three seasons can be experienced in one morning, afternoon or day. There are sixteen acres to which a forest, a garden and the event spaces (three levels) are and where we will enjoy time with each other.
To make your retreat morning – day successful on property please arrive in comfortable attire planned for activity and movement – light sportswear and outdoor attire, layers to remove and put back on, casual clothing, comfortable closed toe footwear, light rain gear, and extra socks.
We plan to be indoors and outdoors, dress in layers that you can put on and take off to stay comfortable.
Carpooling is mandatory and strongly encouraged, as parking is limited.
